ATC TROUBLES? STOP DROPPING EXPENSIVE TOOLS AND JAMMING UP YOUR TOOL CHANGERS.

|
CyberCNC has many ATC ARMS and Assemblies in stock. We carry arms and components for units for most Hitachi Seiki horizontal & vertical machining centers dating back to the early 1980's. We also have the ATC pots, chain, links, expansion modules, orbit motors, servo motors, and ATC doors and cylinders to get your tool changer back in tip-top shape. We also can provide the necessary parts and service procedures to convert to and from CAT to BT type tool holders. In cases where this task is not just a simple matter of switching and replacing parts, we offer Experienced Hitachi Seiki service technicians for installation and consequent alignment needs.

CyberCNC Offers Factory ATC Alignment Tools for Sale or Rental:
We provide these tools for most Machining and Turning Centers. CyberCNC carries most alignment components in our stock which assures proper operation and maintenance of that hard working tool changer. These tools or our alignment services will save you money and downtime by assuring that the fingers grab the tool exactly in the center of the "V" type groove of your tooling. We then either check or send you the proper procedure to be sure that the rotation of the exchange arm indexes exactly "on center" with your spindle taper. Too many needless and expensive repairs are caused by misalignment of the ATC components resulting in worn fingers, arms, and even galling of your spindle taper. On those model machines which have "transfer arms" between the magazine and the ATC to the main ATC Double Hand Arm, this same alignment procedure is critical as well. There are also "wear strips" on the magazine assembly that the chain rides on to keep the rotation smooth and quiet. If you hear "clunks" during tool calls, you soon will have junk from that clunk. .So don't drop it, STOP it from happening by being proactive and calling CyberCNC for details and models needs. We also have great technicians, many directly from the OEM builder, under contract in most parts of the country to keep the travel and lodging expenses to a minimum.
