Frequently asked question #3:

What are the specific performance standards CyberCNC has mandated from its suppliers?

At CyberCNC Machinery Sales, Performance Is Everything.

We demand strict Quality Control, Timely Delivery, and Progressive Cooperation of our vendor's top management:

We all have heard the saying "If you are not going forward, then you are going backward". This saying has never been more relevant as we all compete in an ever growing global economy.

CyberCNC realizes that the only way we are going to be more competitive within our own sector of business, is to make our customers more competitive in their sectors of the metal cutting business. If we are going to be more competitive in an ever-growing arena of tough competitors, then we must be ahead of the game by being on top of pertinent, newly emerging technologies and continue to do so, thus allowing us to offer our customers a more productive method of machining. However, an OEM simply possessing or being given a technology does not assure effective implementation of that process into a quality product. But who has that technology and when will it be available to use?

To answer that question, CyberCNC has traveled the world inspecting machine tool manufacturing plants and attending trade shows. We have seen and felt the momentum of change and noted aggressive motivation in only a few machine and control builders recently. But those builders all share one ideal in common: They want to be a top rated, global supplier of machine tools both now and in the far future. In South East Asia, it is easy for a builder to continue to produce some of the finest 1990's technology based machine tools made today. However, their minds are closed to change and risk. The overwhelming response of top management in these companies when asked about increasing performance and improving the specifications of their existing machine tool models was, "I'm selling everything we can produce to mainland China. Why should we change now?"  Our response was, "What are you going to do when the current China bubble breaks and all you have to offer elsewhere is twenty year-old technology? What European or North American companies will be interested in buying antiquated technology? If you do not gain experience now, how will your company be able to catch up and compete in an even larger global market?" All too often, the answer was simply, "We are making money now."

Accordingly, our mission was focused more than ever to co-partner with the few companies already producing excellent equipment and having verifiable Q.C. standards already in place.  These companies committed to embracing our ideals of providing the highest technology available for machine tools, make changes to existing models, and jointly develop new products with CyberCNC .

The new machinery you will find at our website is produced to our stringent specifications for use by such forward thinking and capable manufacturers who have gained tremendous experience having been in business for a substantial period of time. We are proud to have them as part of the CyberCNC team.
