How can CyberCNC claim to offer “Higher quality at a lower cost”?

Our response to asking if CyberCNC can actually provide a higher level of quality and performance at a lower market price than expected is, "Yes, we must."

We must achieve and maintain our competitive edge by constantly striving to exceed our customers expectations of CyberCNC, its representatives, and our CyberTec ® machine tools.  

CyberCNC must adhere to our corporate mission of providing our customers with the highest quality, technologically superior product at the lowest possible pricing that will allow us to service and support our equipment and the future needs of our end users.

 

In other words, we are not resting on past accomplishments. We are on a mission to lead the way in how machine tool distribution is accomplished both now and in the emerging global environment of the future.

 

If CyberCNC does not follow these principals, then CyberCNC should plan its exit strategy from the machine tools sales business. Every responsible world-wide company should know that continuous improvement is the only path to the longevity of the company. The life-cycle of past corporate achievements of both reputation and product satisfaction no longer can sustain even the strongest of entities if it does not strive to be better and build or supply a better product.

 

CyberCNC is truly dedicated to making this idea our company mission. We are relentless in testing, exploring, and replacing or modifying any weaknesses found inherent to our equipment, be that on a component or human level.
